Understanding subscription plans and upgrades

We offer several subscription plans to meet the needs of different teams and organisations. The Suite Team plan includes core support, messaging, and Help Center features. The Suite Growth plan adds advanced automation, self-service, and reporting capabilities. The Suite Professional plan includes all Growth features plus skills-based routing and custom reports. To upgrade your plan, go to Admin > Billing > Subscription and choose the plan that suits your needs.
